What BankIA is

BankIA is a family of software platforms developed by jsadsAI: NatIA Ahorro, CooperativIA, BankIA, DatIA Recaudo and ContIA Intelligence. They are used by natilleras, cooperatives, funds and other institutions to keep their accounts.

What it is not

BankIA is not a financial institution: it does not take deposits from the public, does not hold money, and is not a credit information operator or a credit bureau. DatIA Recaudo only helps institutions query and report to credit bureaus under their own contract and with the data subject's authorization. Contributions go directly to the accounts of each group, cooperative or institution, which is responsible for its operation and for complying with the regulations that apply to it.

Demo version

The available platforms (NatIA Ahorro, CooperativIA and BankIA) are demo versions: balances and transactions are simulated and there is no deposit protection. Do not send real money to a demo system.

Platforms under construction

DatIA Recaudo and ContIA Intelligence are being tested with pilot users and are not yet offered as a live service. Their terms and data policies are under legal review. The trade names have not yet gone through a trademark search; their use may change.

Artificial intelligence

AI features propose or explain; they do not make financial decisions. Decisions about loans, money movements and filings are made by the responsible people.

Information

The indicators and calculators are informational and do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. The figures come from open data of public institutions; each page states the source and date.

Personal data processing

Data controller: jsadsAI (ceo@jsadsai.com). Data we receive: name, email, organization, type of institution and the message you write in the demo form. The IP address is not stored in clear text: only a fingerprint to limit repeated submissions.

Purpose: to respond to your request and carry out the commercial follow-up related to BankIA. We do not sell or transfer your data.

Your rights (Ley 1581 de 2012): to know, update, rectify and delete your data and revoke your authorization, by writing to the contact email. We delete them when you ask.
